A Vision for Care That Sees the Whole Person
Divine Intervention is being developed from the belief that geography, limited resources, and disconnected systems should not prevent individuals and families from finding compassionate support and meaningful pathways toward healthier lives.
Our vision brings health, wellness, spiritual support, transportation access, and community resources together around the needs of rural individuals, families, and caregivers.
WHY THE VISION MATTERS
Why Divine Intervention Is Being Developed
For many rural families, receiving help can involve long travel distances, limited transportation, provider shortages, and the challenge of navigating multiple organizations and complicated systems. Caregivers may also carry significant responsibilities while having limited access to support for their own health and well-being.
Divine Intervention is being developed in response to those gaps. The goal is not to create another isolated program. The vision is to build a more connected model that considers the physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and practical needs of individuals and families.

Divine Intervention is being developed around four beliefs that will guide its relationships, decisions, partnerships, and future programs.

Support should begin with compassion, respect, careful listening, and genuine concern for each person’s circumstances.

Wellness Includes the Whole Person
Physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and practical well-being are deeply connected. Lasting support should recognize the complete person, not only one immediate need.

Communities Should Help Shape Solutions
Strong programs begin by listening. Rural residents, caregivers, local leaders, faith communities, and community organizations should have a voice in shaping what is developed.

Access Must Be Practical
A program cannot help someone if distance, transportation, cost, or confusing systems keep it out of reach. Practical access must be considered from the beginning.
A CONNECTED APPROACH
Five Areas Working Toward One Purpose
The proposed Divine Intervention model brings five areas of support together around the needs of individuals, families, and caregivers. Each area is intended to strengthen the others so people are not left navigating separate and disconnected systems on their own.
Health
Planned connections to preventive care, health education, screenings, telehealth, chronic-condition support, behavioral health, and care coordination.
Wellness
A future focus on nutrition, healthy movement, caregiver wellness, youth education, and practical tools for healthier living.
Spiritual Support
Faith-informed encouragement, chaplaincy, grief support, resilience, and hope, available to people of all beliefs. Participation will always be optional.
Transportation
A future approach to helping rural residents reach appointments, wellness programs, pharmacies, and essential community resources.
Resources
Planned navigation support connecting individuals and families with food, housing, benefits, education, employment, and other community resources.
FOUNDER’S VISION
Meet Diane Sneed
Founder and CEO
Diane Sneed is the founder and CEO of Divine Intervention Health, Wellness and Resources for All, LLC. Her vision is to develop a compassionate, community-centered organization that helps rural individuals, families, and caregivers move toward greater health, wellness, connection, and hope.
The Divine Intervention vision reflects a belief that people should not have to navigate difficult circumstances and disconnected systems alone. Diane is working to bring community voices, healthcare relationships, faith-informed support, transportation planning, and practical resources into a more coordinated model.
As the organization develops, Diane’s focus is on listening, forming trusted relationships, building responsibly, and creating a foundation that can support future programs with integrity.

2022
The Organization Was Established
Divine Intervention Health, Wellness and Resources for All, LLC was established in South Carolina.
2026
The Vision Expanded
A broader organizational plan was developed to bring health connections, wellness, spiritual support, transportation access, caregiver support, and community resources into a coordinated rural-community model.
CURRENT STAGE
Listening and Building
Divine Intervention is currently focused on organizational planning, community listening, partnership development, leadership preparation, funding readiness, and responsible program design.
NEXT STAGE
Partnerships and Pilot Development
As readiness, funding, licensing, and partnerships are established, Divine Intervention plans to develop initial collaborations, community outreach, and carefully structured pilot programs.
LONG-TERM VISION
The Community Wellness Center
The long-term vision includes a welcoming center where caregivers, older adults, children, and families could find coordinated wellness opportunities, practical resources, supportive programs, and space for renewal.
